Once you see how this works - Let me know - Is anyone concerned about your name being on a public Blog?
Last year every thing was buttoned down and no one wanted to use the Google docs, it got complicated.
Does this work for you? Simple dimple.
As for the public blog, the race results are usually published publicly anyways so I don't see any difference for privacy.
The coordination value to the team seems to far outweigh any downsides I can think of...
