silent protest?

in response to being denied from competition in this year's Tour of California the three banned riders have been riding the entire route about an hour ahead of the peleton's arrival. however I don't think the media has paid much attention to their protest so it might be falling on deaf ears and only lead to an extended training camp. here I counted four, maybe the extra one is MB's vision of himself.
